We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping:

- Flat rate: £12.95
- Recommended for urgent orders
Free Shipping:
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Available for orders over £50
- Economical option for larger garden projects
Delivery Areas: We ship worldwide, excluding some remote locations and parts of Asia. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your area.
Large Item Delivery
For bulky items like BBQs, fencing panels, or garden sheds:
- We recommend inspecting packages upon delivery
- Note any damage with the delivery carrier before accepting
- Contact us immediately if there are any visible issues
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your garden products as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to exchange or return eligible items.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- BBQ fuel (charcoal, etc.)
- Opened bags of artificial grass
- Used garden tools
All other products (BBQs, fencing, decking, artificial plants, etc.) can be returned within 15 days if in original condition with packaging.
Returns Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping address (our warehouse in Salford, UK)
- Special instructions for your items
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- Items are in original condition with all packaging
- Include all accessories/manuals
- Securely package to prevent damage
- Include return authorization number inside package
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received at our warehouse, we’ll inspect items within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about your return status.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline:
- Credit card/PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after approval (processing time depends on your bank)
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Partial Refunds: We may issue partial refunds if:
- Items aren’t in original condition

Exchange Process
For exchanges:
