At Lifetime Sales (trading as Garden Decor Deal), we want you to be completely satisfied with your garden products purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on BBQ fuel (charcoal, etc.), opened bags of artificial grass, or used garden tools. All other products in our range (BBQs, fencing, decking, artificial plants, etc.) are eligible for return if in original condition with packaging.

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping address (our warehouse in Salford, UK)
- Any special instructions for your specific items
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- Items are in original condition with all packaging
- Include all accessories/manuals
- Securely package to prevent damage in transit
- Include the return authorization number inside the package
Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received at our warehouse, we’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about the status of your return.
Refund Information

- Credit card/PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after approval (processing time depends on your bank)
- Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Partial Refunds
We may issue partial refunds in these cases:
- Items returned are not in original condition

Exchange Process
For exchanges:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
Garden Decor Deal Tip: For large items like BBQs or fencing panels, we recommend inspecting the package upon delivery and noting any damage with the delivery carrier before accepting the shipment.
